
Allison’s professional focus is enabling people to learn, change and innovate. Implicit in her approach is the belief that we all play a role in transforming our work lives and creating organizations that are leader-full, adaptable, and successful.
Allison has outstanding facilitation skills, strategic thinking ability, communication, project management and team building skills. She is experienced with the application of a broad range of business planning tools and approaches, and has a specific interest in organizational change and leadership.
Allison has been a senior consultant since 1998 and works with a diverse number of organizations. In particular Allison has extensive experience working with groups from across the health care continuum. Allison also worked for Johnson & Johnson for 9 years in a number of areas including customer service, marketing, new product development, and business development.
Allison has an Undergraduate degree in Nursing from the University of Alberta, a Masters degree in Public Health from San Jose State University, and a Masters in Business Administration, with a specialization in Leadership, from Royal Roads University. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems at Fielding Graduate University.
Allison lives in Calgary, Alberta with her husband and three children.
