DAVID AXELROD
David Axelrod brings an outdoors background to his work as a collaborative change consultant. As a rafting guide, David has led team-building expeditions for a wide variety of groups in the not for profit and profit sectors. Teams that don’t work well together have a tough time making it down the river. Dave’s many years as a ski instructor and professional ski coach provides him with a unique coaching perspective. His experience in helping people conquer their fears while meeting new challenges in an ever changing environment serves him well in today’s business climate. Dave knows how to mix the right amount of instruction, practice and challenge to help you achieve your goals.
Dave graduated from the University of Colorado where he studied history and psychology. He recently earned his MBA from Bainbridge Institute; one of the few schools in the U.S.A. that integrates sustainability into its business curriculum. Dave is married and lives in Breckendridge, Colorado.
